FDC Review-Wiccan Sojourner and Tigerlily Koi

I had the pleasure of participating in the FDC and saw many amazing challenges brought to life by the wonderful designers that bravely accepted them. Another pleasure is the opportunity to blog about two of those designers, Wiccan Sojourner and Tigerlily Koi who kindly sent me their creations that I will be sharing with you today! First here are the challenges they were given: Wiccan Sojourner was challenged by Nyte Vargas to: “Create an outfit inspired from the zodiac sign Aries.” - Nyte Vargas
Tigerlily Koi was challenged by herself to: “A vintage, pin-up girl hairstyle.” - Tigerlily Koi Not only did Wiccan create an outfit but she actually put together an entire set that included many accessories, boots, a skin, and a huge axe! And the result was a come to life Aries :) Tigerlily decided to create a hairstyle more in keeping with the overall look of Aries, as you can probably imagine Aries wouldn't be to fond of having a pin-up girl hairstyle lol! She chose a white hair texture, and it seems fitting that Aries would wear that color! You can see the time and care that was put into both challenges and I have kindly added a picture of the sexy Aries for you to drool over at your leisure!

I'm very excited to be in the clothing fair this year! I had saved back several new items for the clothing fair, and now they are finally out at the Clothing Fair, they are NOT at my main store yet. So if you like them, come on out to the Diversity booth at the Clothing Fair, Im on SIM 3 right next to my lovely girl Digit Darkes! In addition to the new items that are there, I also have two of the new items set out in RFL vendors at a reduced price. I really hope we can all raise some great funds this year in support of this very worthy cause! The Blossom Top in Guava is for sale for 50L (normal price 145L) with all proceeds going to RFL. I also set out the Kielka Dress for only 100L (normal price 220L) again with all proceeds going to RFL. So drop on by and if either one catches your eye you can feel great about purchasing and having those lindens go to a great cause. I've just finished moving in RL yay!!! Now that things are settled down again I've been roaring as usual, and the skin line preview previously shown here has undergone another revision lol! Soo... I'm trying to resist the urge to endlessly work on it haha, because then no one will ever get the chance to get it! Ive put up some new sneak peak pics up on my flickr stream.

Ive been working on this skin line for a while now hehe, and I just kept changing different parts (nose, eyebrows for example) until I got them just how I wanted! So here's a little teaser pic showing the 6 skin tones that will be available. From lightest to darkest they are called : Pale, Fair, Glow, Sunkissed, Tan, and Dark. Im really digging the pale and glow tones at the moment :) The tan tone I also love for a warmer look.

Working on different THE LOOKs all week I have come up with this one as the first , Incorporating different items of clothing, with a Limited to THE LOOK Skin in all five tones, and a hairstyle in the Naturals Pack .

Each THE LOOK will only be in the Diversity Hair/Aleri Darkes store for ONE WEEK from release, so at a huge saving you can get your own THE LOOK and keep on collecting these unique makeups and great hair and clothing as you go, sometimes having the ease of an outfit that can be worn different ways already made for you is a blessing. DEMOS for THE LOOK skins and hair are also available in the store.

There is a Sugar set and a Spice set, as shown in pics below and they come with a one of a kind makeup in all 5 tones, the hairstyle in 5 colors, cheerleading outfit, pom poms, a cheer pose, and the VR Emoter Hud :) We've really had fun with these! Diversity Hair/AD SKINS-CLOTHING Would like to announce a brand new store, now with YES SKINS! as well as with the usual hair and clothing. To celebrate this new build, we are holding a 48 hour hunt where 15 skins are hidden around the NEW Store , thats 3 different skins in 5 tones, two are themed skins and one is the natural make up skin.

Also there are 3 brand new styles of hair in the hair department on the top floor of the store, and two new clothing items in the clothing section to the left when you walk in.

Released a new clothing item, Indira that comes in 4 different color combos. Indira features a gorgeous tank that comes with an embellished neckline and also a plain neckline and in several layers so that you can pair with a shrug etc. Indira also comes with a 3 tiered skirt with a lovely pattern. All four color combos work well with each other so you can mix it up :) Also released two new hairstyles! Lark is my first mostly sculpty style, very wavy, and cuuuuttte!! Nissa is a short razored flexi style that is hawwt!! Loving this style so much, and its great with so many different looks!

Yay! I finally made some more hair for the men!! Just released 3 styles: Ember, Tynan, and Trace! Ember is the female version of Tynan and goes great with everything, im loving this style and havent been able to take it off my head just yet! Tynan is a fun style with personality. Its a little bit wild so if you're into more classic styles then Trace maybe be more your type. Trace is a modified more calm version of Tynan and it looks fabulous with nearly everything! I hope to make more mens (dont I always say that ??? :P) I really do neglect them hehe, and when I do make a male style it usually ends up looking fab on the ladies too lol! Working on some new clothing items for next week too :)

Just released two new hairstyles Mysena and Melanie as well as the lovely April tops and the casually cute April jeans! Melanie is a laid-back ponytail that goes well with any casual attire! Both styles are extremely low prim, and both have sculpty pieces in them, Melanie having more than Mysena. The April jeans are my first attempt at jeans and as there are already so many jeans available in SL (and tons of superb ones at that!) they are offered at just 50L per color or 150L for all 5! The April tops are very versatile and feature cute sculpty sleeves, they go well with anything from a pair of simple slacks to a flirty patterned skirt! I know its been awhile but i promise ive been working hard on many projects!!! Today I finally released something lol! Inka is a fabulous dress that im very proud of and it comes in four vibrant colors: Cerulean, Plum, Sienna, and Jungle. 2. We also raised llamas on our farm amongst our sheep, chickens, ducks, horses, bunnies, dogs, and of course what farm can go without good ole' farm cats :)

3. I love books....actually would get in trouble for reading in class when i was in highschool.

4. I come from a very artistic family and for several years helped my grandma run an arts n crafts store, it was soo fun! I even had some of my own artwork in the shop (drawings).

5. I LOVE STEAK... and also vegetables, especially fresh ones and salads YUM! We had our own garden on our farm, and nothing compares to the taste of fresh organic veggies to me.

6. Im a big time gaming geek thanks to my husband... we also both share a passion for cars and 4x4 trucks lol.

7. I grew up without both parents but my father whom I had never known, actually found me on reunion.com and now we live just 5 miles apart!

8. My family is very important to me, and everything I do is for my two children who are 6 and 4. SL gives me opportunities I would never have in RL.

BIG SURPRISE!!!!!!

We've got an island!!!!! The new Addictive Island is finally open!!! Recently I have been working hard at redoing all the textures for Diversity Hair, and with the opening of the NEW island its been a struggle to get everything done on time. Over half of the current styles have been changed over to the new textures but I am still working on the rest. We decided to open as soon as possible to get you into the comfort of a non laggy shopping experience , and decided rather than fill the store with all the styles in the old textures I would put out what ones are finished and add to the store as the remaining are completed. Sorry if this is inconvenient , but I decided it was better to not have customers buying old textures when there are new ones to be had. Notices will be sent out when more styles are added but for now I hope you love the new textures as much as we all do! I have also added FOUR hairstyles to the 1L section so now there are 3 womens styles and 1 unisex style in mega packs at just 1L to the right of the entrance! I hope you enjoy those also. Two new styles have been added to the store in the new section, Kirsten and Brooklynn!! Kirsten is a new shag cut that frames the face and has a 70's rock chick look to it, its a style that works well for those that dont like alot of length but also those that dont do short styles often , it can go from business professional to stylish evening effortlessly. Brooklyn was inspired by Mary Jane Bligh taking a modern twist to a vintage do , this style has the colourchange on click headband and mixes beehive with french twist , its elegant when needed but overall its a fabulous do those that want to add some flavor to their look! Big hair release and clothing!!!

Hey Everyone!

Just released a ton of new stuff at the stores!!! 4 all new hairs were released today, 3 for the ladies and 1 for the men!!! Lola ...A glamorous up do with a interlaced bun at the back and tendrils framing the face . Penelope ...A side bun suitable for casual or formal wear, that is reminiscent of the Zoe hair recently retired . Kathryn ...A stylish concave bob, with straight bangs and long curls at the front and high back, totaly chic with a Chicago feel. David ...The guy you can't help but want to fawn over, with his rugged sexyness and cowlick hairdo, that you just have to run your fingers through. Also released today is a new dress called Sultry!!! The Sultry Dresses come in four fabulous colour blends. Its upscale clubwear to show off those fabulous tans you get while spending the day by the pool and frolicking on the beach. Worn by women with style and sophisticated tastes and a passion for late nights watching the sun come up from the balcony of your favourite Salsa Club . Earlier this week i released two other hairstyles, Peppa II and Peppa III. Peppa II was inspired by a character on the VH1 show Rock of Love, the winner of that show Jes, often sported this spikey and fun hairstyle and I just had to have it here in SL :) Peppa III was a request and turned out fabuously both elegant and fun at the same time! Another dress, Coquette, was released also earlier this week. Coquette is a very flirty cute poofy dress that is just so fun to wear and dance in!! Just released 4 new styles at Diversity Hair! Heather, Sarah, Liza, and Charlize! Heather and Charlize feature alot of alpha so plz make sure to try on all demos before purchasing :) I absolutely LOVE Heather despite the flicker, and it looks amazing for ad pics! It was loosely based off the feather hair trends in the 70s and 80s. Also two of the styles Liza and Charlize are special discount hairs that are 50L per 4 pack, 75L for 6 packs, and only 300L for the mega!

Woohoo! 8 brand spanking new styles are up and available! 4 for the ladies and 4 for the men! I just added a new section in my store that will feature hairs that are offered at special discount prices. 4 NEW@Diversity Hair!!

Four new styles released today at Diversity Hair! 2 for the men (YAY FINALLY!) and 2 for the ladies! Jeremy is the first mens, a closely cropped style that works well with just about anything :) Nicholas is a longer and shaggy-ish style, a few stray locks fall into the eyes giving it a more messy I dont care look! I am extremely pleased with both and the fact that now the men will have more to choose from hehe. More on the way! Emmy is a very elegant updo, perfect for an evening out! Alexi II is a stylish and flirty short style with bangs pulled back and clipped. Casual cute! All four of these styles are up and available at the entrance to the main store! Hey Everyone!!
The big sale is ending tommorrow at approximately noon SL time!!! After the sale, tons of new styles as well as my "keeper" styles will be released in the new textures!!! There are a few price changes: regular 4 packs are still just 175L, naturals pack is still 300L with 6 colors, wilds are now in one 6 pack for 300L, I have combined my previous platinum 1 and 2 packs into one with platinum and 5 tips (6 total) for 250L, the blacks are combined the same way with black and 5 tip colors (6 total) for 250L. Mega packs are reduced from 1500 down to 1000L. I considered getting rid of the mega pack, as not that many ppl buy all of the colors, but decided to keep it and offer an even better value! Im very excited for the release tommorrow, its been killing me to hoard all the goodies!!! In the meantime drop by and grab your fave old styles before they are gone forever!!!

Ok, first wanted to gush because, I went to Boing Fromage yesterday after getting a notice in FashCon of a new release. And the new skirt is uber cute! But, I absolutely fell in love with this jacket im wearing in the pic!!! SQUEEEEE LOOK HOW CUTE! Its called Polkadheart Swing Jacket :) and its at Boing Fromage, made by elka Lehane. She has tons of cute stuff in her store. I may not take this jacket off for a while lol. Also I wanted to let you all know, my little fingers are busy as ever getting the hairs ready!! Im hoping the big release will be this weekend, but the SL issues have slowed me down BOO! Soo if possible the sale will end this weekend and all the new goodies will be revealed!!! Yay! 3 new creations were released today!!! I SWEAR i have some hairstyles in the works too, they are just not quite ready to release!! I will most likely release them next week, and *shh* there is even an anime mens style! WOOOT! Ok so back on track here lols. My fave of this release is definetly Raindrop, hence the goofy title! Raindrop is a gorgeous dress that is both elegant and sexy! It comes in four different colors: Soot, Tears, Rosy, and Pure. Next is Allegra, an urban casual outfit of plaid bottoms with matching short vest and strapless tank. There are 4 different color combos for this outfit and they all come with a plain white strapless tank too :) Last is Backswing, a sporty mini skirt outfit with matching tube top tank, arm sleeve thingys lol, and striped tank underneath. In four different colors/themes: black, white, pink, and green.

WHOO MORE CLOTHES!

4 new additions to the Aleri Darkes clothing line! I sure had a lot of fun this week creating these outfits, and im loving wearing them around SL! My fave from this release is definetly Rumor, a sexy top and mini skirt outfit! The top I absolutely cant take off and im loving the shiny silk texture and unusual shape :) the mini skirt im gaga over as well, especially the cute little back pockets! Next is Annabelle, a short top with a satiny texture paired with shiny pants to match! The third outfit today is called Summer Glow and its perfect for those casual summer days featuring cute capris in 3 different colors and a long plaid tank with belt in 3 summery cute colors. Also comes with a lightly striped tube top to wear underneath the tank or without :) I LOVE PLAID!! And last for tonight is Influence, a sexy strapless dress with a short flexi skirt..comes in 4 colors! More hair in the works, and Naturale to be released very soon! Woot! Just released 5 new outfits! Refresh is an uber cute flexi babydoll dress that comes in 3 summer colors: Buttercup, Pink, and Teal. Demure is an elegant babydoll flexi strapless top with black slacks, it comes in 3 colors: Moss, Royal, and Ruby. Roxy is a long elegant strapless dress with a sleek flexi skirt, it comes in 3 colors: Burgandy,Plum, and Charcoal. Revel is an outfit that comes with coordinating capris, strapless tank tops, and short sleeve jackets. Color sets include: Black/Red, Red/Black, Green/Orange, and Blue/Citrine. Each set also comes with a plain white tank top. The last release is Bizzy (not pictured) a four piece set with 2 vests and two slacks in black and charcoal. 4 new styles released this week! First is Courtney, an uber cute curly low piggie style that i just adore! In case youre wondering about the fabulous skin im wearing, its created by Tuli Asturias of Tuli. This makeup is one of my fave makeups out of all of the many skins i have! Its in the medium tone and is the organic makeup :) The clothes in this pic are also by the talented Tuli Asturias, if you havent been to her shop yet go there now and you are guaranteed to lose all of your lindens. Next is Girlfriend, this is a very straight, long flexi style that was inspired by the Avril Lavigne music video. Debutante is a very elegant updo, very classy! This style is perfect for special occassions, and comes with a diamond clip for the back. Last is Demand, a long piggie braids style with fantastic sexy bangs. Ok, soooo NEW HAIR WOOT!!!!! First is Victoria, a style suggested to me by a friend and named after Victoria Beckham who sported a similiar style. I really like this style way more than i thought i would, as its not my type, but man i havent been able to take it off! And its flexi too! Next, is Jen II, its a piggie version of my first cutie Jen style, and I like it better than the original actually hehe. Of course that could have something to do with me being partial to piggie styles! Now on to the last two styles, Ponyhawk and Ponyhawk II. These are a bit on the wild side, but I just had to do them! Sometimes I just have to toss in a fantastical style, because well ... i just have to! And really, I like how it turned out for the ladies better than the men. Sanjaya off of American Idol was the inspiration for this style, which I wasnt a great fan of in the competition, but something about this style just begged to be made. Anyway still in the process of changing all the hairs to the new textures, so bear with me, and Ill be working my little fingers to the stub to get some more goodies made! Whoohoo! The hair fair sure had me busy creating fab new styles and today im releasing a few i had been working on but didnt finish in time for the fair! Also I have redone all of my textures so now there are more colors, more options, more more more!! Out of this release i must say im in LOVE with Ruby and Ruby II. They both are very curly and have that retro vibe! Ruby is the shorter version, very retro perfect with both casual and dressy! Ruby II is all sex appeal baby! Reminds me of a Marilyn Monroe style and its hott hott hott! Next is Jen, an uber cute wavy side pony! CUTE i tell you! And last is Tricky a flexi low long piggie style with some awesome bangs! All are up and available at the main store in the newness section!

Released 4 new hairs this weekend, 2 for the ladies and 2 for the guys!!! Misty is my fave of the 2 womens, its long chunky piggie ponys... hmm ya thats it! Verrrrry cute! Cheer is the other womens and its a medium length style with lots of flexiness! Its actually a unisex style so I modified it just a tinsy winsy for the men and that style is called Rocker!! I love how Rocker looks, very sexy! Last is Complex, a shorter somewhat messy style for the men with a few little flexi bits! All are up and available in the Newness section at the entrance to Diversity Hair! Im moving in RL this week so I wont be able to be online much and during the actual moving not at all :( Im sure to be in SL withdrawl within the first hour!! :P Anyway after the move , next will be Hair Fair right around the corner!! Hey Everyone! Just released 4 new yummies for the ladies! My favorite from this release is Edgy, its a long curly piggie style that has a punk vibe to it! Cute color changing satin bows come with it! Next is Treasure, a long thick braid that is very cute! Almost Tomb Raider Lara Croft style hehe. Next is Cinder, a long flexi side pony with very soft waves, a very cute style for casuals. Last is Norah, an updo that is very versitile. Looks great with casuals or you can dress it up! All 4 are up and available at the main entrance in the Newness section at the Diversity Hair main store! Im really getting excited about the hair fair coming up! Been working on some neat styles for that event :) I think it will be a great turnout this year with so many new amazing hair designers!

Next is Abby an adorable piggie bun style that comes with color changing flexi ribbons! Star is a medium length wavy style that has the top pulled back and adorned with a color changing barette. Next is Josie a pony with long straight bangs that give it an almost retro vibe. Dawn is a short layered style that goes perfect with everything! and Last is Shine a very elegant style with a Diamond X barette in the back! Simply stunning with formal attire! 4 new fab styles for the ladies !!! Darcy, Erratic, Vanity, and Lacey! Let me say first of all Darcy is definetly my fave! Its a cute straight flexi style with some uber cute straight bangs :) Wear them with glasses and you can turn instantly librarian sexified! LOL Erratic is a short flexi style with some quirky strands poking out the side! Vanity is a really long flexi pony style, soo cute. Last is Lacey an elegant updo with curly pieces! Looks great with formals and casuals too!
Working on many more styles, and... Im soo excited for the upcoming Hair Fair in April so ive been working on some special releases for that!! Busy busy busy!! Btw is it spring yet? :P

Weekend Goodies!

4 more new just in time for the weekend! It is always a hard thing for me to pick my fave of a new release group, but this time it was extra hard! Kiki, was my final pick though it was very tough because I LOVE NICKY!!! Like really love. Kiki is a uber cute long flexi piggie style... i mean REALLY cute or sexy or punky or whatever! :P Nicky is a simple curly short ponytail style but I just love it! Next is Dulce which means "sweet" in Spanish and omg it is soo sweet! Very cute curly short piggies!! Last in this release is a new mens called Paul. It is named after a guy in SL who liked one of my womens' styles but wanted it changed a bit to be more masculine! Soo here is the result of that endeavor and he loved it! Four more styles out!! It was difficult to choose my fave for this release as they are all for totally different looks! But if im forced to choose, Zoe is my fave! Zoe is a pulled back to the side style that comes with an adorable flexi ribbon! It looks so cute with everything! Next is Mandy a long flexi style with a color changing headband. Fatal is next and its a long flexi piggie style with color changing hairties! It features longer straight across bangs that i just adore! This style can either be worn as that little girl look or as a gothish/punkish style. Last is a new mens style called Pro! Its a short and everyday type style for the professional men out there :) Looks hott with a good suit! Working working working as always on more goodies!

The Long and Short of it

So this release features 2 short styles, and 2 long styles! My faves from this release are the 2 short styles :) First is Fetish II, its a short/medium flexi style that is half pulled back into a poofy little pony! Next is Appeal my shortest style yet! I really like the modern look of this style, and I feel very cute and delicate wearing it :) Nina is one of the long styles, its a mid-back tight curls style that is simple and elegant. Last is Fetish a much longer version of Fetish II, flexi and very sexy! All are up and available at the store, and Ive started adding Naturals Pack and Aleri's Faves for the styles. The Naturals Pack contains 6 natural colors: Dark Black, Auburn, Wheat, Brown, Carrot, and Deep Brown for only 300L. The Aleri's Faves pack contains 6 of my fave colors: Dark Black, Platinum Burnt, Auburn, Butterscotch, Brown Black, and Pink Tip for only 300L! These packs are a great option if you have trouble making up your mind which pack to pick :P and like a variety of colors but dont need all of the colors :) Many more styles on the way, so many ideas never enough time!

Pshew! I am ready to relax this weekend! :) 4 more new hairstyles !!! It was very hard to choose my fave this time.. I was torn between the simple elegance of Mia and the unique punky vibe of Covet :P Soo I guess its a tie! One thing i love about Covet is that it has no bangs, I havent really made that many styles without bangs and havent seen that many available in SL. And in this pic I showed off how it can be worn to complete a "im gonna kick your ass" look :P but it looks great with pretty much every style :) Mia is simple and elegant, and also can be both very formal or casual chic! Next is Cheeky, a flexi funky pony type style. Cheeky is both cute and sexy somehow depending on the attire you pair it with :) Last is a new mens style called Unruly. It features medium length wavy curls that are just plain sexy! I dont know about you, but I love this style in RL too! Ive got more great styles on the way , never fear! :D I hope everyone has a great weekend, I fully intend to relax in a totally shameless manner ;P

Its Hammer time baby!

Ok so that really has nothing to do with this post haha! But ya i made 4 more and Im really excited about these! Of course im always excited but WHOOHOO!
First is Dainty, an elegant updo with curlies sticking up all over the place. I really like this one, i mean really!! It was inspired by a prom style I saw, and was just too cute to resist :) Next is Assertive, a short flexi professional do that lets everyone know you mean business! The 3rd hair is Crimson, and long sultry flexi style named after and inspired by a friend of mine Crimson Valentino :) And the last hair of this release is Chloe, a medium wavy style that is just too cute for words! Ive got some more on the way, working on more curly styles and definetly wanting to bring in some more mens' styles! Off to bed i go!

The creative juices are flowing strongly lately, and here are the latest! Naive, Mercy, Radiant, and Modest! My fave from this release? I think Mercy is my fave, although it was a difficult decision! Mercy started out as a totally different style, but the end result is fabulous! Radiant is my 2nd fave, I dont create that many updos I noticed, and I create curly styles even less! I have decided I MUST make more curlies! Next is Naive the only flexi style in this release! Its a low long ponytail with long bangs. Very simple and coordinates well with all types of apparel. Modest is the last one from this release, again a very normal real life style, and my fave part on this style is the bangs! I love them :) In other news, you may notice im wearing the new Vogue skins from Celestial Studios in 3 of the pics, I AM ADDICTED TO THEM... i really dont want to take my vogue skin off :O.. In the other pic im wearing a skin by Sin Skins, Sultry Deep Gloss (stratus), and it is my other fave skin!

Going prim crazy!

Well, the last few days Ive been going a little prim crazy :P Now that all the new textures are released I have a bit more time to create! WOOOHOOO! These are the 4 newest: Dare, Caress, Ginger, and Passion. Dare is my fave of this bunch for sure! Its funky, fun, sexy, and still can pull off an elegant look too! It reminds me of one of my first hairs named Wild only curly :) I have included the pic that inspired this 'do. Doesnt she look gorgeous! Anyway next is Caress, I really love this one too! Its a simple style, and one i wear in RL :) I love the cute little bangs and barette on the side! Then we have Ginger, a high side pony with straight across bangs! I like this one too alot it can be either punky or cute , or both! ;P I really need to make some more styles with the straight bangs, theyre soo koot! And last is Passion a long messy style, little hints of wave in there. Ive got tons more hairstyle ideas, so im sure youll be seeing some more new releases very soon! Hope everyone had a good New Years! Heres to 2007! Woot!

AN ALL NEW DIVERSITY HAIR!!

Woot! Soo ive been secretly working on all new textures for over two months now muwhahahaha! It all started when Celebrity Trollop bemoaned the fact that I didnt have any tipped textures, and from there it just exploded into madness! At first I was going to simply create tips on my existing textures, but while experimenting I made some all new textures that I fell in love with! So I decided to make all new colors!! And I really love them, more depth, highlights, and yummy tips! Im very excited to be able to release them finally, and the 8 new hairs ive made this month! I hope you all love the new Diversity Hair as much as I do! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, and heres to a wonderful New Year!

Ive been a little quiet lately, a little too quiet!!! But, during my silence, I have been a busy bee !! Digit and I decided to remodel our shops, and mine really did need redone, because it was so crowded and generic :P So! Now they are pretty much done, i need to rearrange some things, and add some things but mostly DONE WOOT!! I have ALOT more space now in the shop so I must make more more more to fill it up! Ive been messing around with my alpha textures alot lately and these 3 hairs are the results of those experiments! My fave from this release is Shimmer, it was the hardest by far of the 3 to do and I love the end result! Its long, its flexy, and its fabulous :) Next is Jewel, a long flowy flexi style that is cutie cutie cute! I love this one alot too, it was alot of funny to make also ! Last is Sleepover, a long flexi side pony Its girlie, and goofy and thats my fave part about it :) It reminded me of the times i used to go to my best friends house and we'd give each other little makeovers hehe! So there ya have it, 3 more made and many more on the way! I really REALLY need to make more mens hair! I know i keep saying that but im serious!! I mean it!!! Anyways... more hair.. probably mostly womens as usual is on the way hehe!

3 more and revamped alpha tips!

So I did 3 more new ones!! WOOT! These are hairstyles that formed themselves while i was experimenting with my revamped alpha tipped textures. I recently redid them so that I could get more of the "strand" look, for a more natural look! Im really happy about how they turned out, and ive got ALOT of hair ideas involving using them. Although they do cause the flicker in some styles, the overall effect is worth it hehe. I think all hair designers loath that darn flicker!! So, my fave of the new ones is Tempt- a short style with some uber cute bangs ! I could have made it flexi, but for me, the flexi ruined it because of the shortness of this cut. I really like the edge this style has to it, and really its so versatile! I can wear it and look like a punk rocker, or dress up and its still uber cute and instead of punkish it looks elegant! So definetly my fave! I love hairs that can go with anything! Next is Saucy, and I must be in a punkish type mood because in the pick im showing the punk vibe Saucy can have with the right clothes to back it up! Its a long flexi ponytail (color changing hairties of course), and I love the bangs!! Very cute! And last but not least is a new release for the men! Smooth- its a very normal everyday haircut, I really like it, and can see it paired with suits! I plan on doing some more wildish (is that even a word lols?) mens hair too, but this is perfect for the "boy next door?" lols! So there ya have it, and Im currently working on a special edition collaboration with my partner Digit Darkes of X3D Apparel of Marie Antoinette! So ill prob. be all slacking on new releases for a bit since ill be concentrating so hard on that project! Hope you all likes!

3 MORE WHOOHOO!

YAYAYAYAYAYA!

If I seem overly excited its because ever since the "maintenance" on Wednesday Ive had so many problems trying to create hair! So im overjoyed that somehow my SL is back and working most of the time for me, and I was able to finish a few hairs!!! AND OMG IM SO EXCITED because I have so many ideas i need to get started on~! I hate it when I have the time to do stuff and then other things go wrong and I still cant get anything done lols! Sooooooo..... Here are the 3 latest. I like to start with my favorite usually, so here is my first hair with a hat.. called Fetching! Its almost completely flexi, and medium length with a cute little hat with a black and white pawprint pattern and a little bow to match! :) Dont ask me why but its just so Fetching! :) The hat has a color changing script in it, but I really just like the black and white the best. The next hair is called Sweet, its a short simple style that is classy and cute. It is swept back a bit on one side and held by some cute little prim flowers that are color changing also :) The last release is called Spunky II and its just a bit different from the original, I changed the flexi piggie parts , and I like this version better than my first. So there they are! Im so happy to finish them, because I HATE leaving things undone! Seriously, I cant go to bed until i get my projects finished because it just bugs me! More more more on the way!

*When I first started SecondLife the first real store I visited was called Gurl 6, and I was so impressed with the vast amounts of gorgeous hairstyles that were available! My very first hair was the Passion hairstyle, and to this day I still love and wear that hair! Gurl 6 has been providing a free hair for newbies under 1 month since November of 2005, and thousands upon thousands of newbies have benefitted from this great program! Gurl 6 is my inspiration for the newbie hair program, as the benefactor of my own first hair, and that of countless others im sure, Id like to say a big Thank You to Six Kennedy for the generosity she has shown in SL for new residents. There are also some other designers offering similiar programs, Callie Cline offers newbies 1 month or less a free outfit of their choice under L500. ETD I know offers newbie hairs for 10L, and also hugely discounted hairs for everyone! There are many many more that are offering wonderful programs and free products for newbies!
Okies, so ive been meaning to do this for quite some time~ and finally I am offering vouchers for a free hair for new residents 1 month or younger! They can pick any hairstyle in the store! WOOHOO!! :) I would give out free hairs to newbies when i saw them constantly, but this is a more effective way to get all those newbies properly outfitted in gorgeous hair :P So... YAY! Okies, so i went ahead and released these two new styles today ~! I have another one I am working on that should have been released also, but since the SL maintenance.... well lets just say that everytime i go to edit the hair, add a script, change textures, basically changing anything.. SL freezes and crashes... SOOO>> Im kinda frustrated! But, these two i finished yesterday YAY!!! Hopefully my SL starts working properly again so i can bring out some more goodies!

Cherry was a total accident hairstyle, I started out with a certain idea and then all these curlies started appearing everywhere :P I LOVE how it turned out tho, it even has the retro type vibe which is why I donned the super koot Ziggy Dress by Artilleri! And also the cherry earrings in the pic are from Artilleri also! I really love that store btw, and if you havent been there, you must go NOW! Then I was just messing around and put Cherry on my guy avatar, and I was like" OOOHH i love the curly bangies, and it reminded me of an old friend from highschool's hairdo. He always used to complain about his curlies but they were pretty cute! So I decided to edit the hair, keep those front curlies and make it more manly :) The end result (Bold) is another great hair option for the men! Im not sure there are that many curly mens hairstyles either? I cant think of one anyway hehe! So there ya have it, 2 cute styles!! Hope ya likes them!

Back on track!

My computer is finally fixed (i hope!) and its just amazing how much easier things are to do now ! No more lag, no more problems! WHOOHOO! Okies, so I made a few more for you and my fave from this release is definetly Cutie :) I dont know why but lately ive been very partial to piggie styles! This style was somewhat anime influenced, especially the hair ribbons! The next creation is Dream, a long, curly hairstyle! My favorite part of this hairstyle is actually the bangs! I loves them so much! The last style is Hope, a low bun with a hairtie! Its a simple style that really can go with anything :)

In other news, Twiddler Thereian of Taunt finished the 31 do's in 31 days challenge, and I am so impressed! It was really neat to watch the progress and new styles that were released daily, and I was definetly inspired to push myself a bit more ;) Also Im really looking forward to Dazzle reopening briefly! I really need to save up for that, there were still several creations I wasnt able to purchase last time around! Plus special editions will be available too! Anywho back to creating I go!

Internet Woes!

Lately ive had so much trouble with my internet service it has just been crazy! Soo last weekend I decided to switch to a new service provider, which of course took like all week for them to get out to my house and hook me up! Finally im back online and anxious to get started on some more goodies! I made a few new onesright before I switched services, and I just forgot to put them out! JEEZ! Ive got some really cute styles in mind that hopefully i can create in the near future.. There is one in particular I REALLY need to make, but I just keep dragging my feet hehe, really cuz I want to wait for a day that I have plenty of time to work on it! So here are the latest: Poise-shoulder length straight everyday casual type style.. this is the style i had been sporting all summer until i got layers! Next is Elusive-a short funky do, and I really like this one! I started out with a totally different idea for it, but i really like the end result. Short and sassy rawr! Last is Seduce II- this is very much like Seduce but I wanted to make a longer version, I have so many requests for really LONG hair, so here ya go!!!! Seduce II is the only flexi hair in this release :) Hope ya all likesy! Back to work I go!

Ok so not sure if schmancy is a word? :P Anywho, Ive been a busy little bee, and Ive got 3 more for you!!! WOOOT!!! First of all, I have to say Belle is my fave, it is SOOOO... gorgeous! Belle as you can see is an elegant updo, with a cutesy flower attachment! I LOVE IT!!! It also looks adorable with casual outfits too :) like warm fuzzy sweaters lols! Next is Seduce, and Seduce is actually a better improved version of my old Princess style. Just a basic long straight hairstyle with flexi! And the last hair is called Faith, a curly long pony tail!! WOOT always need more curlies! So I love all of these of course :P and I hope you all do to!

HAIRS EVERYWHERE!

LMAO, the last few days ive been going crazy creating hairs!!! So here are 3 more for your enjoyment! Siren is a longer flexi style that is crazy sexy and comes with a color changing headscarf option. Siren was inspired by and named after the Siren outfit put out recently by Sol Columbia the genius behind the brand Luminosity! She normally creates some yummy more conservative highly detailed clothing, but the Siren outfit is a extremely sexy and more revealing outfit with all of the detail I have come to expect from all of her creations! The next new hair is called Tease, and OMG i love IT!!!!! SO messy cute! A different twist on your everyday pigtails, this hair makes me feel sexy, naughty, and up to no good! Ha! Its flexi too, so lots of flowy goodness! The last hair is an updo called Elegance, and it is a simple pulled back design with alpha straight across bangs. Elegance looks good with both formal and casual outfits, and even almost has a retro vibe to it when paired with retro style clothing! Anyway these were all SO fun to create, and I cannot wait to make some more! See this is what happens when an artist's creativity is stifled for a little while, I GO CRAZY :P

WOOT!!! IM BACK AND ON THE ATTACK!

Got home like 2 days ago from my super fantastic trip! So made these 3 new hairs for you all: Adore-long super cute braid style with flexi bits, Vanilla-shoulder length straight cut with flexi and barette, and Pert-a long simple flexi ponytail with straight across bangs :) I really like all of these, and Im really excited with how Adore turned out as it was my first braid attempt :P

Many many more hairstyles to come, tons of ideas running crazy, scratchy and hastily penned pics abound in my trusty ole notebook! Off i go to cook dinner, but never fear ill be back with more goodies in the near future! Also now that im back and my computer is running smoothly, ill prob. announce several hairs being released at one time rather than announcing on each one, since I plan on a good 5 hairs a week being released!! I hope at least :P
